Today's high school athletic programs and teams are highly competitive environments requiring extraordinary fitness levels and exceptional athletic ability. Ironically, fitness programs at most schools don't do enough to guarantee participation or success. Furthermore, coaches lament having to spend time conditioning athletes versus teaching them skills, techniques and plays.
Our CrossFit based conditioning camps will give athletes the extra edge to stand out on the field or court in practice and more importantly, in the game! CrossFit's intense, constantly varied, functional fitness programming is ideal for preparing all scholastic athletes for the regimens of high school and college. A CrossFit trained athlete will leave opponents in the dust when training and when it comes to overall fitness and athletic stamina. Want proof? Our Athletes Training Program was created by athletes, CrossFit Certified Trainers and ex-NFL player on staff who wanted to build a better performance training program for scholastic athletes in all sports. By combining Olympic & power lifting with gymnastic movements, body-weight exercises and running - and executing at them high intensity, we significantly improve fitness and athletic performance in a fraction of the time. Whether you're playing football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, tennis or any highly demanding sport our Athletes Training Program will improve fitness capacity beyond expectation.
While most "strength and conditioning" programs only focus on "strength" and "endurance" (i.e. cardio). We focus on improving performance across the ten recognized physical domains:
CrossFit trained athletes are generally stronger, faster able to perform at a higher intensity for longer periods of time, and mentally able to push themselves much harder than your 'average' athlete. Not to mention that CrossFit athletes are eager to prove their fitness with measurable and repeatable results, not just on the field but off it as well.
The utility of this program is not theoretical; it has not been designed by someone that thinks it might work, but by athletes and coaches that have dominated at the highest levels of competitive athletics.
The Athletes Training Program is designed to work for all athletes regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity, and programming can be scaled, and the program has been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.
Every athlete needs to be strong in mind, heart and body. He/She needs to be fast and explosive. He/She needs to be able to perform when tired and exhausted.

About our 6 Week "Camp":
Our 6 week Athletes Training Program is designed to re-engineer the athlete's fitness across all 10 components with an emphasis on strength, power, speed and agility. In the first week, we'll test the athletes on a broad range of fitness and athletic capacities and introduce them to many of the movements that will be a part of their workouts.
Over the next couple of weeks we'll spend time drilling and practicing the more complex movements, like the Olympic and strength lifts to insure proper mechanics before moving on. After week 3, we'll step up the workouts gradually to challenge the athletes' physical capacity. Drills and technique training will be part of every workout to help develop the athletes' fine motor skills and agility.
In the final week, we'll test the athletes again to measure their overall results and fitness. Improved results are guaranteed. Our mission is: results beyond expectation.
Each camp session will be coached by experienced High School Football and Strength and Conditioning Coaches with 20 years experience combined. Both have been lifelong atheltes, one a former Collegiate All American, and NFL Offensive Lineman.
