Membership Information

Training cycles at Clear Lake CrossFit consist of 3, 6 or 12 months, ranging in 2-5 sessions per week.  Most of our clients train with us long term, knowing there is no such thing as a "quick fix".  

We GUARANTEE RESULTS, but it takes a lot of hard work on your part.  If you are ready to push your body and mind to new limits and you are looking for a community that will support you on your path to fitness, Clear Lake CrossFit is the right place.

We believe in a holistic approach to training.  In addition to working hard while you are at the gym, we will teach you: how to Fuel your body properly, proper recovery methods, and other best practices to improve your performance and get the results you have always wanted but never achieved.

  3. You visit Clear Lake CrossFit for the Trial Class and FREE Nutritional session!
