What Is
          CrossFit?

CrossFit has spread worldwide, becoming the principal strength & conditioning program for police academies and tactical op's teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, & hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Why? Because CrossFit works...FAST.

CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit's specialty is not specializing. Daily life, like many sports and professions, (and even combat) requires broad levels of fitness. CrossFit's program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.

We are all blessed, and should truly think twice about just breezing past this challenge to give back.

We always have something to get better at! It's what makes CrossFit a SPORT

To quote Nicole, who quoted Trey Patty:

“When the goal is in sight, all your physical pain disappears, and your mental determination shall carry you the rest of the way” Trey Patty

It is so true that the first person to quit and tell you that you can't is YOU. Is your goal clear in your head? Can you drop the 'can't' from your vocabulary? Is your vision and purpose rock solid? WHY do you do CrossFit?? All questions only you can answer, we are just here to help you get where you want to be.
